Fundy was incorporated in 2004, and is headquartered in New Brunswick (Canada), and listed on Plus market in London. The Company is actively involved in the exploration of gold, diamond and base metals in Canada and Africa, and the development of mineral properties.

The Company has a number of diversified mineral exploration and development properties in the Province of New Brunswick. All Prospects have encouraging confirmation of mineralised zones based on work conducted. Additionally, the Company owns a high-grade limestone deposit in northern New Brunswick, which it hopes to permit for production in the future.

Fundy has been exploring since 2005 in Liberia, West Africa, where it has been confirmed a significant quantity of gem quality alluvial diamonds have been extracted by artisan miners in large artisan camps. The Company has also made gold discoveries in Liberia along the Cestos shear and Todi shear belts which it is continuing to explore. In July 2005, Fundy Minerals announced an alluvial diamond discovery in the southern area of Fundy Minerals’ permit. The Company has concentrated its efforts in an attempt to locate the Kimberlitic source of these diamonds.
